By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondents to give deemed date of promotion to the Petitioner to the post of Deputy Health Officer w.e.f. 19 March 2021. The Petitioner is going to be superannuated on 28 February 2026.

There are representations made by the Petitioners which are at Annexure 'D' colly. in the Writ Petition.

Mr. Khadapkar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Pune Municipal Corporation states on instructions that the representations will be considered by these Respondents since the same have not been considered. The statement is accepted. Pallavi 1/2

Accordingly, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to decide the representations of the Petitioner (Annexure - 'D' Colly. to the Petition) on or before 24 February 2026, in view of the Petitioner superannuating on 28 February 2026 and the prayer which is sought is for promotion of the Petitioner to the post of Deputy Health Officer w.e.f. 19 March 2021. 5.

The representations shall be considered by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 after hearing the Petitioner and Respondent No.4 and order shall be passed in accordance with law.

We have expressed no opinion on merits of the matter. 7.

All contentions of parties are kept open.
