We have considered further submissions of the learned Sr. Advocate, Mr. Pakale on behalf of the Petitioners and the learned Sr. Advocate, Mr. Sawant on behalf of the Management/Institute along with the learned AGP.

Mr. Sawant informs us that the IT Department has passed an order dated 10th February, 2024, by which all the accounts of the Management have been frozen and further amounts that may be granted by the Government under particular schemes, would be shared with the IT Department to the extent of 50%. Rs.9 Crores, as per the learned AGP's statement on instructions, would be reaching the treasury and thereafter, would be transmitted to the Management to the extent of 50%, and 50% would be payable to the IT Department. Out of the half amount that may come to the Management, some portion would be directly paid to the students towards share of the State Government in relation to the examination fees of certain category of students. 3.

The learned Sr. Advocate, Mr. Sawant is under instructions to say that whatever amount, out of Rs.9 Crores, is delivered to the Management, they would not spent a single penny out of that amount and the same would be reserved for satisfying the part payments to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.6765 of 2018. 4.

Insofar as the amount of Rs.14,73,36,212/-, the learned AGP submits that he would take instructions as regards the same

and convey to the Court, on the next date. On his request, a short affidavit in reply may be tendered by 10th March, 2025. 5.
