The grievance raised by the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to the affairs of the Managing Committee of Ashirwad Co-operative Housing Society Limited. Pursuant to the Petitioner's complaint dated 31st July 2024 made to the Respondent no.1, a reply has been sent to the Petitioner on 7th November 2024 stating therein that the Petitioner's complaint pertains to a period prior to registration of the Society on 14th May 2024.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18th June 2025. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent no.1. Rest of the Respondents be served.
