The limited relief sought by the petitioner is for consideration of her complaint dated 30th January 2025 that has been made to the respondent no.2 - Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies. It is the case of the petitioner that by an order dated 28th March 2022, the petitioner was directed to be admitted as a member of the respondent no.1 - Cooperative Housing Society. The Society challenged the aforesaid order dated 28th March 2022 by filing a Revision Application, which came to be dismissed on 10th April 2024. This order was then assailed before this Court in Writ Petition No.10768 of 2024 (Bima Nagar Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-op. Societies and Ors.). The said writ petition was dismissed on 23rd September 2024. The Society had challenged this order before the Supreme Court and the Special Leave 1/2 7-WP-3363-2025.doc Dixit

Petition came to be dismissed on 15th January 2025. Since the order of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies has not been complied with, the petitioner has made a complaint dated 30th January 2025. 2.

Considering the aforesaid, the following directions would serve the ends of justice :- (i) The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies shall consider the aforesaid complaint dated 30th January 2025 after granting opportunity to the Petitioner as well as the the Co-operative Housing Society. (ii) A decision by reasoned order, on the said complaint, be taken within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.
