By the impugned order, the Secretary, Department of Revenue has rejected the petitioner's appeal on the ground that such appeal under Section 248 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is not maintainable once the Additional Collector has exercised revisional jurisdiction.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government in exercise of power under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 3.
