Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

An arguable question as to the quantum of the amount directed to be deposited by way of occupation charges for the unlawful occupation of the suit premises, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the Respondents for final disposal, returnable on 8 April 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioners are at liberty to serve the Respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service. 5.
In the meanwhile, there shall be stay to the execution of the decree and operation and implementation of the conditions (A) to (D) of the impugned SSP 1/2
