The challenge in this Petition is to an Order dated 5th July 2024 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, whereby the learned Judge disallowed the defendant to lead evidence in respect of the documents which have been declared irrelevant by this Court by an Order dated 4th February 2021.

The order passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court is impeccable. Such an Order does not warrant interference in exercise of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.21 11:55:16 +0530 supervisory jurisdiction of this Court.

The Petition stands dismissed.
