The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of the request made on its behalf on 17th October 2024 and 5th February 2025 seeking various documents which according to the petitioner form the basis for issuance of show cause notice dated 19th December 2024. It is submitted that without supplying the documents as sought, the show cause notice is being decided.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13th March 2025. To be listed after urgent matters.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondents.

Instructions be obtained in the meanwhile. The show cause notice shall not be adjudicated till the next date of the proceedings. 5.
