In terms of the order dated 03.11.2025, Mr. Walimbe, the learned AGP has obtained instructions and submits that all documents relied upon for issuing the show cause notice are being furnished to the Petitioner's counsel, so as to enable him to submit a reply to the show cause notice. Accordingly, the documents have been handed over to the Petitioner's counsel, in a bunch, today, during the course of hearing.

If that be so, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, by granting two weeks' time to the Petitioner to submit his reply to the show cause notice before the Respondent No. 3, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
