By these writ petitions the petitioners are taking exception to the common judgment and order passed by respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee dated 03.03.2025 by which the tribe claim of the petitioners of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe has been invalidated. It is pointed out that the same common judgment and order which is impugned in this Writ Petition was

2 74 & 75.WP.3431.25.odt challenged by the blood relatives of the petitioners by filing Writ Petition No.9429/2025, wherein, this Court by order dated 07.08.2025 after considering the record as well as the material considered by the Caste Scrutiny Committee has granted conditional validity in favour of those validity holders. 2.

Learned AGP does not dispute the said fact nor the relationship of the petitioners with those validity holders and, therefore, we are inclined to allow these writ petitions since the order which is impugned in these writ petitions itself has been set aside by this Court on 07.08.2025 in Writ Petition No.9429/2025. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Writ Petitions are partly allowed.

(ii) The impugned order dated 03.03.2025, passed by Respondent - Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside. (iii) Respondent - Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe validity certificates in favour of the Petitioners, which shall be subject to following conditions:- (a) The caste validity certificates shall be subject to the outcome of the re-verification of the validity certificates of their blood relatives proposed by the Scrutiny Committee.
