Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 02.07.2025 The learned AGPs waive service for the State of Maharashtra and the Scrutiny Committee in respective petitions. Mr. S.R. Yadav Lonikar waives service for respondent nos.2 and 3 in writ petition no.3423/2025. 3.
The petitioners shall not be terminated till the next date on the ground of order of invalidation.
