The Writ Petition Nos.3441 of 2025, 3437 of 2025 and 3436 of 2025 are not on board. Taken on board.

By these writ petitions, the petitioners are taking exception to the common judgment and order passed by respondent- Caste Scrutiny Committee dated 03/03/2025 by which the tribe claims of the petitioners of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe have been invalidated. It is pointed out that same common judgment and order which is impugned in these writ petitions have been challenged by the blood relatives of the petitioners by filing Writ Petition Nos.9429 of 2025, 3431 of 2025 & 3433 of 2025 and this

2 1038 wp 3440-25 court has allowed the said writ petitions by setting aside the common judgment and order which is impugned in these writ petitions.

Learned AGP does not dispute the said position nor the relationship of the petitioners with those validity holders. 4.

In that view of the matter, we pass following order.

ORDER

1.

Writ petitions are partly allowed.

2.

The impugned order dated 03/03/2025 passed by respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside.

3.

The respondent- Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue tribe validity certificate infavour of the petitioners on following conditions.

a) The caste validity certificates shall be subject to the outcome of the re-verification of the validity certificates of their blood relatives proposed by the Scrutiny Committee.

b) The petitioners shall not claim any equities. c) The petitioners shall cooperate with the Scrutiny Committee.
