It is the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the proceedings before the Caste Scrutiny committee was held ex-parte. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the notice was not received by the Petitioner.

The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions. 3.

In view of the averments made by the Petitioner in Para 4 Clause VI (u), we are satisfied that case is made out for ad interim relief. Till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in favour of the Petitioner, in terms of prayer clause (c ) which reads thus :
