In this petition, on 18.03.2025, while issuing notice to the respondents, this Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). The ad-interim relief has continued to operate. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are the contesting respondents. Respondent No.3 is appearing in person and she seeks time to file reply affidavit. 3.

The reply affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall be filed within three weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List the petition for further consideration on 25.07.2025, High on Board.
