Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the learned Trial Court at premature stage has evaluated the evidence of the witness examined by the Petitioner, which is wholly impermissible in law. He, therefore, seeks stay of the proceedings before the Trial Court till all Respondents are served.

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 15.04.2025. Mr. C. V. Thombre, learned Counsel, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No. 7A. 3.

Till next date of hearing, Special Civil Suit No. 207/2002 stands stayed.
