Considering the bonafides which are shown by the Petitioner Company in adhering to the compliance of order dated 20.11.2023 followed by order dated 21.12.2023, ad-interim relief is granted in the Petitions filed by the Company by directing that no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner until the present Petitions are determined by this Court.

I am inclined to pass this order because Petitioner Company has shown its bonafides in complying with the above orders. However grievance of Petitioners is that despite aforesaid orders, behind the back of Petitioners Respondent - employees have obtained recovery certificates in several proceedings which are filed before the ALC, Nashik and in view of those recovery certificates now it is claim of the employees that liability of Petitioners is to the tune of more than Rs.9 crores.

I am informed that a Review Petition has been filed by the Petitioners pursuant to withdrawal of proceedings in the Supreme Court. The Petitioners shall inform the progress of the Review Petition to this court on the next date.
