The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of Interlocutory Application No.10241 of 2024 in Miscellaneous Application No.86 of 2023. It is informed that though such request was made before the learned Presiding Officer on 17th March 2025, the learned Presiding Officer was not available and the next date, now given, is 22nd September 2025. 2.

In these facts, the petitioner is granted liberty to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal and seek preponement of the aforesaid date in view of the fact that prayer in the Interlocutory Application is for undertaking inspection of the mortgaged property. With aforesaid observations and liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
