After hearing the learned counsel for the parties it has transpired on the basis of their submissions that Interlocutory Application No.2205 of 2023 preferred by the petitioners in Transferred Securitisation Application No.173 of 2023 has not been finally decided. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that steps would be taken to withdraw Miscellaneous Appeal on Diary No.211 of 2024 notwithstanding the order dated 12th February 2025. He submits that the petitioners would pursue Interlocutory Application No.2205 of 2023 on merits.

No.211 of 2024 shall be treated as withdrawn by the petitioners. The Debts Recovery Tribunal can consider Interlocutory Application No.2205 of 2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law. All questions are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of.
