The present petition can be disposed of by treating the order dated 14th January, 2025 which is at page No.9, Exhibit 'I' as a show cause notice to the Petitioner, the Respondent Nos.5 and 6. The Petitioner as well as Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur on 27th March, 2025 at 11 a.m. After granting an opportunity of producing the documents, the Deputy Director of Education to decide the show cause notice within a period of four weeks. In the event of further deficiencies Kartikeya

48-WP-3502-2025.odt being noticed by the Deputy Director of Education, opportunity be given to the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to comply with the same. Show cause notice be decided within a period of four weeks from 27th March, 2025.

In case, the order is passed in favour of Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.5 and 6, the necessary consequences will follow including issuance of Shalarth I.D. subject to the necessary compliance.

This Petition is disposed of. No cost.
