The Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division has intimated the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Pune, by a communication dated 30th December, 2024, calling upon him to tender details about the eight points that he has raised in the said communication. The Education Officer was likely to need the assistance of the Employer and, therefore, he issued a letter to the Head Master, dated 2nd January, 2025, seeking further details. It is further communicated that some of the deficiencies would not be applicable to the present two Petitioners, since their individual approval is granted.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.5 to consider the information as is available and as may be submitted by the Education Officer, in the light of the order of this Court passed on 17th February, 2025 in Writ Petition No.1151 of 2025 (Sunil Nandaram Wadekar and Ors. v/s. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.). Any clarification required shall be tendered by the Education Officer to Respondent No.5. The latter would thereafter proceed to pass an appropriate reasoned order in the light of the above. Let this exercise be completed within 45 days from the date of receipt of the information from the Education Officer.
