A limited prayer in the Petition is to direct the learned Civil Judge, Khed, to decide the application preferred by the Petitioner under Order XII Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Exh.27) in SCS No.29 of 2024 expeditiously.

However, the order on the said application has yet not been passed and the matter is now posted on 15 April 2026. 4.

The roznama of the proceedings dated 7 March 2026 lends credence to the submissions on behalf of the Petitioner. Indeed, the application under Order XII Rule 6 (Exh.27) seems to have been heard on 16 September 2025 SSP 1/2

The learned Civil Judge, Khed, seized with SCS No.29 of 2024 is directed to pass an order on the said Application (Exh.27) on 15 April 2026 or so soon thereafter, as may be possible, but in any case, on or before 8 May 2026.
