Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, submits that as the suit is pending since 2018, the hearing of the suit be expedited.

The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned Judge seized with R.C.S. No.160 of 2018 is requested to make an endeavor to hear and decide the pending application for impleadment as well as the suit, as expeditiously as possible.
