The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order dated 20/08/2024 passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Since the remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 is available, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all points raised open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained.
