The Petitioner seeks implementation of the notice dated 12.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2/Resident Nayab Tahsildar proposing to take over the possession of the secured asset on 12.03.2025. Since, such notice has been issued, it is open for the Petitioner to seek police protection in accordance with the Rules to facilitate steps being taken in accordance with the aforesaid notice. In absence of any legal impediment, the said notice can be executed. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 to 9 submits that the said Respondents have preferred Securitisation Application No. 91 of 2023 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. It is open for the Debts Recovery Tribunal to consider the said proceedings on its own merits and in accordance with law. These directions would not influence the Tribunal in any manner whatsoever.
