Learned Advocate for the petitioners states that though the petitioners have filed revision application, the concerned Joint Registrar is not available for work and, therefore, considering the nature of order challenged before the Revisional Authority, he is pressing for interim relief.

On perusal of the order dated 30 January 2025, it is evident that the charges levelled against the Managing Committee are technical in nature without there being any charge of misappropriation or misfeasance. Therefore, the petitioners have made out a case for grant of interim relief.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.2, 3, and 4, returnable on 6 May 2025.

Till 6 May 2025, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
