Challenge in this writ petition arises out of supersession of a managing committee.

On the date of filing of the writ petition, the revisional authority was not available; however, now the revisional authority is available. Considering the nature of the order passed against the petitioners, in my opinion, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court deserves to be continued till the disposal of the revision application and for period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

Hence, the revision application dated 21 April 2025 filed by

51-wp3545-2025.doc the petitioners shall be decided by the revisional authority within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the patties. 4.

Parties shall appear before the revisional authority on 13 May 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

It is made clear that authorized officer cannot function during the existence of managing committee.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. 7.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
