CORAM

: M. S. KARNIK & N. R. BORKAR, JJ.

DATE : 11th JUNE, 2025 P.C. :

1.

Heard Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Revision and stay application filed by the Petitioner on 12th December 2024 challenging the order dated 19th November 2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai at Mumbai is pending before the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue and Forest

Department. He submitted that the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division is completely perverse. However, we refrain from making any observations on the merits of the order dated 19th November 2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division which is under challenge before the Hon'ble Minister as the Revision is pending. The request made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the application for stay which is not yet decided, be decided expeditiously by the Hon'ble Minister is reasonable.

3.

We have heard learned AGP for the Respondents. We therefore request the Hon'ble Minister to hear the application for stay filed in the pending Revision Application within a period of two weeks from 16th June 2025. The Petitioner to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 16th June 2025 at 11:00 a.m. along with the copy of this order.

4.

The contesting Respondent No.4 also undertakes to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on the said date and time to oppose the application for stay. The Revision

itself be decided by the Hon'ble Minister as early as possible and preferably within a period twelve weeks from 16th June 2025.

5.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
