The Additional Commissioner, by the impugned order, refused to entertain petitioners' revision on the ground that the order has been made final under Section 252 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. However, the parties agree that the matter can be decided on merits. Hence, the Additional Commissioner shall decide the petitioners' revision in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of in these terms. No costs. 3.
All contentions on merits are kept open to be agitated before the Additional Commissioner.
