The learned Senior Advocate representing the Corporation submits, on specific instructions received from a responsible Officer, that the Petitioner had availed of the Amnesty Scheme floated to encourage defaulters to pay their dues of the Corporation taxes. By availing of such Amnesty Scheme, the Petitioner company has deposited the entire dues, and as on date, there are no outstanding dues payable by the Petitioner company.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner tenders photostat copies of two No Dues Certificates, both dated 23rd September 2025, issued by the Deputy Commissioner (Taxes), Panvel Municipal Corporation, indicating that there are no dues payable by the Petitioner as on the date of the certificates. The photostat copies of the two certificates are taken on record and marked as ' X ' and ' Y ' for identification. 3.
The learned Senior Advocate, therefore, submits that since the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition in view of the statement made through the Interim Application, with the prayer for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court, such liberty may be granted.

As such, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The Interim Application is also disposed off in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under :
(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the amounts of INR 2,81,70,227/- deposited on 18 March 2025 [Exhibit D, Application] and 15 April 2025 [Exhibit E, Application] with the Registrar, Appellate Side, Bombay High Court pursuant to
the orders dated 12 March 2025 [Exhibit A, Application], 17 March 2025 [Exhibit B, Application], and 3 April 2025 [Exhibit C, Application] passed by this Hon'ble Court.

The Registry would permit withdrawal of the amount, with accrued interest.
