CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 3605 OF 2025 1) Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned senior counsel appearing for Respondent-Corporation submitted that, the issue involved in the present Petitions is already sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He therefore requested this Court to differ the hearing in the present Petitions till the Hon'ble Supreme Court decides the said issue. 2) As the revenue of the State is involved in the present Petitions, Mr. Kumbhakoni on instructions submitted that, the concerned Officer of the Respondent-Corporation will inform the balance amount to be paid by the Petitioners within a period of one week from today. 3) By consent of learned Advocates for the parties, stand over to 16th April 2025.
