1.

This petition takes exception to the order dated 16th January 2025 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Malegaon below Exhibit-13 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 269 of 2024, by which the learned Civil Judge Senior Division has partly allowed the application filed by the respondent / wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and directed the petitioner/husband to pay her interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent/wife owns certain immovable properties including agricultural land. It is submitted that she has not disclosed the said fact and income from the said properties in her application for interim maintenance. It is submitted that the order impugned therefore, cannot be allowed to stand.

I have perused the documents placed on record. It appears that the respondent is no longer owner of the said properties. Though according to the petitioner, the respondent deliberately got her name removed from the said properties, however, no such plea was raised before the trial Court. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
