The petitioner has filed a complaint for re-possession of the property dated 31.05.2023 before the Collector. It is the grievance of the petitioner-bank that no steps have been taken by Respondents to restore possession.

Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions from the respondents as to within what time the authorities will take action for re-possession of the property. The petitioner is willing to pay the necessary charges for police protection if requested.
