It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the decree for partition passed in Regular Civil Suit No.226 of 1998, Gat No.1398/30 was also required to be partitioned as it was described in paragraph 1 of the plaint. However, the Tahsildar by his notice dated 28th February 2025 has sought to partition other lands described at Sr. Nos.1 to 6 and 8 to 10 in the plaint. Gat No.1398/30 has been excluded.
