The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered a copy of communication dated 16.04.2025 issued by the Additional Secretary, the Department of Higher and Technical Education, State of Maharashtra stating therein that no objection has been granted to the proposal submitted by the Petitioners for starting new B-Pharm course from the Academic year 2025-2026. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing writ petition is served. It is accordingly disposed of.
