It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the petitioner's score-card dated 11th February 2025 that was downloaded from the website of the respondent no.2, the marks secured were shown as 99.51. However, on the next date when the score-card was downloaded, the marks shown were 83.34. The response of the respondent no.2 to the petitioner's mail merely states that the percentile shown in the score-card had been verified and found correct. It is submitted that there is no clarity as regards the correct score-card. 2.
