We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. A case is tried to be made out that Respondent No.4 is in the select list and may suffer a disqualification on account of experience. It is also tried to be canvassed that because the Petitioner is a postgraduate, he need not have any experience and a preference will have to be given to his Kartikeya

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18th June, 2025. Mr. P.P. Kakade, the learned Additional G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In the event, Respondent No.4 is appointed, no equities would be created in his favour and such appointment would be subject to the result of this Petition.
