Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that Regular Civil Appeal No.117 of 2022 is scheduled to be listed before the learned District Judge, Kolhapur, on 21st March, 2025 and the petitioners would positively work out the appeal alongwith applications and will not seek any adjournment in the hearing of the said appeal. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that till the appeal is heard, the respondents be directed not to take any precipitative steps. 3.

The statement made on behalf of the petitioners - appellants that the petitioners would positively work out the appeal on 21st March, 2025 is accepted.

The learned District Judge, seized with Regular Civil Appeal No.117 of 2022, is requested to hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

The petitioners and the parties to the appeal should not seek any adjournment. Till the hearing of the appeal the respondents shall not take any precipitative steps. 6.

It is, however, made clear that, if the petitioner does not argue the appeal on 21st March, 2025 and any other date to which the appeal stands adjourned by the District Court, this interim arrangement shall stand vacated.

The petition stands disposed.
