We have heard learned AGP appearing for respondent no.1. Learned AGP opposed the petition. The relief prayed in this petition is for directing the respondent no.1 to implement the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 which was passed as far back as on 30/07/2021. 2.

In the facts of the present case, the Additional Tahsildar, Mira Bhayander is directed to implement the order dated 30/07/2021 and take a physical possession of the secured assets within a

The in-charge police station to provide necessary police protection, if requested for, which the petitioner is willing to pay police protection charges.

Liberty to apply in case the order is not complied with within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
