In all these matters, the only prayer put forth by the Petitioners is that their pending proposals with Respondent No.1, may be decided within a time-frame.

The learned AGP submits that the proposals would be decided within the timeline as may be directed by the Court. 3.
In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the following directions:
(a) Respondent No.1 shall list out the objections/deficiencies and serve the Respondent No.3 Management within 21 days from
today. Objections shall be raised in one stroke. (b) The Management shall remove the deficiencies and submit a revised proposal within 21 days from the date of the receipt of the objections.
(c) Thereafter, Respondent No.1 would decide the proposal on its own merits by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 30 days by passing a reasoned order.
(d) We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the proposal.
