This Petition seeks direction to Respondent No.2 - Wakf Board to pass final order on the Scheme filed on 22.09.2020 vide File No.69/156/2020, of which, hearing was completed on 01.09.2022. 2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that a fresh hearing will have to take place and the Scheme will be decided within six (6) months from today.

In view of the fact that the Scheme is filed on 22.09.2020 and hearing was concluded, Respondent No.2 is directed to take final decision on the said Scheme within twelve (12) weeks from today, after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
