We had passed a detailed interim order dated 13 March 2025 rejecting interim prayers. Such order passed by this Court was assailed by the petitioner before the Supreme Court in the proceeding in SLP (C) No.7389 of 2025 on which the Supreme Court while dismissing the SLP observed that the High Court is requested to dispose of the petition expeditiously, as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of order. As fairly agreed at the Bar, it may not be possible for this Court to take up the final hearing of this petition in the very short time, before the Court closes for vacation. Also for the reasons that already there are some very heavy part-heard matters. Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS

We accordingly propose to list these proceedings for 'Final Hearing' after the summer vacation. Accordingly, list the matter under the caption 'For Directions' on 17 June 2025.
