The petitioner who claims interest in a portion of Survey No.248 apprehends action being taken pursuant to a notice dated 17th February 2025 issued by the Tahsildar under Section 50(3) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The aforesaid notice refers to the structures standing on Survey Nos.209 and 247. It is seen that remedy of filing an appeal under Section 50(5) of the Code is available. In case the petitioner apprehends any such action, this remedy can always be invoked. 2.

With aforesaid liberty to invoke the statutory remedy, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained.
