The grievance raised by the petitioner is the absence on the part of the Respondent no.2 - Board in preparing a perspective Development Plan, as required by Section 24 of the Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and Training Act, 2021. It is submitted that except for issuance of the Circular on 13th September 2024, no further steps in that regard are taken.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7th May 2025. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondents.
