The Petitioner has sought following relief in prayer clause (a) of the Writ Petition:- "a.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof directing the learned Family Court, Mumbai to hear following Applications pending in Petition No.A-157 of 2019 within a prescribed time limit of 4 weeks viz.
(i) Application dated 14.10.2021 below Exhibit- 25A for interim custody of son Ved;
(ii) Application dated 05.03.2022 below Exhibit-37 for appointment of Child Independent Lawyer as an amicus curiae for Ved;

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Review Application mentioned at Serial No.(iii) in prayer clause (a) is already heard and same is kept for passing Order on 9th October 2025.

As the Application dated 14th Octobver 2021 seeking interim custody of child referred in prayer clause (a)(i) and other Applications referred in prayer clauses (a)(ii) and (a)(iv) are also concerning access of the child etc., the learned Judge of the Family Court is requested to dispose of the Applications expeditiously. 4.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. 5.
As the Writ Petition is disposed of, nothing survives in the Interim Application, and the same is also disposed of. 6.
All contentions raised in the Interim Application are expressly kept open.
