Learned AGP raises an objection on the ground of availability of an alternate remedy against the impugned order. According to her, remedy of appeal would be before the Additional Collector, Raigad. The said remedy in our opinion is efficacious . It is open for the Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Additional Kartikeya

38-WP-3707-2025.odt Collector against the impugned order if such an appeal is preferred, the Additional Collector is directed to decide the appeal within a period of two weeks upon being filed, since the Academic Session of the Petitioner is stated to commence from June 2025. The appeal be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. We have not made any observations on the merits of the case. 2.

The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
