We are informed that the Petitioner is being considered for appointment from the Ratnagiri Zone, which has been allocated 25 posts. She is in the merit list. She does not know her serial number in the merit list for appointment. She is not aware as to whether anyone above and below her, has already been appointed. As such, by way of ad-interim protection, we direct that no candidate, who has scored marks less than the Petitioner and allocated the Ratnagiri Zone, would be appointed without the leave of the Court, in that zone.
4.
All office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 3rd April, 2025, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 4th April, 2025. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) SUNNY THOTE
