The grievance of the petitioner is that there are three appeals of the year 2004, 2005, and 2010 in the RCA no. 65 of 2005, RCA no. 45 of 2006 and RCA no. 24 of 2010 are pending adjudication need to be taken up for hearing, as considering long pendency of more than 20 years. Considering such, we are reminded of the specific directions issued by the Bombay High Court as also the committee of the Supreme Court in regard to the early disposal of the cases which are more than 20 years old.

We direct the learned District Judge, Pandharpur to inform to the Registrar (Judicial) in regard to the status of the proceedings and as to when the said proceedings would be decided.
