On 1 April, 2025 we had passed an order requesting the learned District Judge, Pandharpur to inform the Court about the status of the pending appeals. In pursuance thereto, a report dated 3 April, 2025 of the learned District Judge, Pandharpur addressed to Registrar (Judicial-I) is placed on record. We have perused the report. The report indicates that the parties had taken several adjournments.

In this view of the matter, considering that the proceedings can be disposed of by July, 2025, we order that the appeals be decided on or before 31 October, 2025. All contentions of the parties on the pending proceedings are kept open. 3.
