The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt appropriate remedies under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. It is made clear that we have not examined the merits of the contentions and it is only on account of availability of the alternate remedy we have allowed the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
