We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent no.1 that the said Respondent would not oppose the Chamber Appeal preferred by the Petitioners seeking restoration of the Securitisation Application that came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 4th December 2024. She further submits that in case any Interim Application for interim relief is filed by the Petitioners, reply to the same would be filed and the same could be considered on the next date of the proceedings which is 23rd April 2025. 2.

The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that such Interim Application has been filed. The objections, if 1/2 906-WP-3740-2025.doc Dixit

3.

The learned counsel for the Respondent no.1 further submits that the status quo would be maintained till the said Interim Application is decided. This would however be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondent no.1.
